A pool with unusual angles deserves a careful look before a replacement liner is ordered. In his September 19, 2024 Google review, Nick Recht described an existing pool with several unique angles and praised Tom and the Accurate Spa and Pool crew for their measurements, communication and finished liner replacement.

Nick’s experience offers a useful starting point for homeowners considering inground pool liner replacement: make sure the conversation covers the details of your particular pool.
Start with the shape, steps and condition
Tell Tom about the pool’s shape, approximate dimensions and entry steps. Mention unusual corners or changes in depth, along with the liner’s age if you know it. Wide photos and close-ups can help explain the layout and any areas of concern; ask how the final measurements will be confirmed before ordering.
Describe wrinkles, tears or water loss separately. If the pool is losing water, discuss assessment first so the proposed work addresses the actual problem.
Ask how the work will be communicated
Nick also praised customer service and communication. For your own project, ask who will explain the measurement and liner-selection steps, how you will receive updates, and how any additional work would be discussed before it proceeds. A written liner replacement estimate should make that scope easier to understand.
Plan ahead for the next pool season
Fall is a useful time to start a conversation about the pool you want to enjoy next summer. An early discussion gives you time to review the details, compare liner choices and ask Tom about current scheduling.
