Make the pool fit your life.
Looking for a custom pool builder in New Berlin, WI? Start with the decisions that affect your entire backyard. Accurate builds rectangular inground vinyl liner pools. We can discuss your preferred size, how you will use the water, equipment and access before you commit to a construction scope.
Room to swim. Room to live.
Think beyond the water: where people will walk, sit and enter the pool, and how the pool relates to your home, patio and yard.
A practical route to the backyard.
Photos of fences, gates, slopes and trees help start the access discussion. Site conditions and equipment access can affect the scope.
Know what your estimate includes.
Compare pool work, equipment and related work separately. Ask who coordinates electrical work, concrete, fencing, drainage and landscaping.

What affects the cost of an inground pool?
Pool dimensions, site conditions, access, equipment choices and related work all affect the price. A generic online price cannot tell you what is included for your yard.
Request an itemized proposal and ask about exclusions, payment stages, the approvals needed for your property and how changes will be handled. Confirm material lead times and current availability before planning around a completion date.
We focus on rectangular inground vinyl liner construction. If you already own an inground pool, our vinyl liner replacement service may be the right starting point.

Pool construction questions
Do you build custom pools in New Berlin?
We build rectangular inground vinyl liner pools. Talk with Tom about the size and features you have in mind, your yard and the proposed scope. We do not build above-ground, fiberglass or concrete pools.
How soon can a pool be built?
The schedule depends on current availability, project scope, local approvals, material lead times and weather. Ask about your target season when requesting an estimate; a website inquiry does not reserve a date.
Where can I see reviews before choosing a builder?
Visit our customer reviews page and compare the experiences described with the service you need. Ask questions about your own project before deciding.
